We replaced our 50-year-old heater and installed a central AC unit two years ago (2023). The work was done timely and professionally, and the staff were incredibly accommodating to the unique needs of my husband, a disabled veteran. Today it was time for the two-year servicing of the units and once again I was blown away by the professionalism and compassion of these hard working young men, led by Jacob. We were worried that we were going to need a new furnace after critters made a nest in it . Our neighbors recommended Cantrell’s Heating and Air. I called and Justin came out and assessed the situation and said he felt there was a good chance he could get it running for us again and he did just that.
